Lloyds Banking Group through Mudano, as part of the Chief Data Office team supporting internal corporate design communication and digital marketing material. 

Supporting the data consulting team through a variety of digital platforms, mediums, solutions and software. Also the demands and challenges of working in a Financial Services environment.

Taking complex stakeholder requirements, documents, processes, data and transforming them into simple, easy to use design deliverables across a range of integrated channels. 

Such as internal promotional branding, Chief Data Office brand standardisation of communication collateral across emails, intranet, PPT and other marketing materials. Plus supporting project and campaign solutions. I’ve also been working very closely with my data content lead and strategist colleagues on most of these projects.

The client-facing teams are focused on delivering projects in a data-driven, value-led manner. The comms and engagement team support our colleagues offering visual and communication solutions to complex data content problems.

The LBG content comes in various forms, including data visualisations, infographics, documentation and presentations, with the focus always on the data story we are trying to tell.

Key responsibilities: 
– Organised and able to multi-task, meet deadlines and manage workload independently. 
– Take responsibility for projects from brief to completion, offering end-to-end delivery solutions.
– Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders, challenging the brief where necessary and adapting quickly to Stakeholder requirements, reacting positively to client feedback.
– The ability to work quickly and diligently, ensuring the work follows Lloyds Banking Group brand guidelines.

The Chief Data Office is responsible for the Group's data management around how the business uses data. CDO defines and drives the Group's data management standards and set the strategy to inspire best practise across the business. Effective data management means the business know's where the data is and can trust it's quality and integrity.
